Transactions Attorney:
Stafford Frey Cooper is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced
attorneys to join its sophisticated business transactions group.
The firm seeks attorneys who have significant experience representing
private businesses for 10 years or more. The ideal candidate will
be knowledgeable in the array of corporate issues and business
transactions involving closely-held entities from emerging and
start-up ventures to mature businesses. An advanced tax degree
is not required, but would be a significant attribute; however,
the candidate must be well versed in the many tax issues present
in business transactions and corporate and limited liability company
operations. The firm represents privately-held companies engaged
in a wide range of business activities in the Northwest and California,
and provides counseling in all areas, including governance, contracting,

The ideal candidate will have a strong client following and portfolio,
and will participate with other practice group attorneys in expanding
the firm's business client base. Compensation geared to performance.
