An advanced tax degree is not required, but would be a significant attribute; however, the candidate must be well versed in the many tax issues present in business transactions and corporate and limited liability company operations. The firm represents privately-held companies engaged in a wide range of business activities in the Northwest and California, and provides counseling in all areas, including governance, contracting, acquisitions, leasing, financing, and employee relations, as well as providing personal and estate planning advice to business owners.
