Danford D. Grant is a shareholder (partner) at the firm and an experienced litigator who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business, commercial, and torts litigation. In particular, Dan's practice focuses on complex business torts, contract disputes, employment disputes, and catastrophic accidents. Dan is a skilled and creative problem solver who has successfully tried over a dozen cases and has obtained favorable settlements or pre-trial judgments in countless others.
Dan has represented public and private companies, executives, and government agencies in the healthcare, petroleum, education, technology, and aviation industries.
