Tom is a Senior Litigation Associate at Stafford Frey Cooper. His practice emphasizes construction law, defense of governmental agencies and their officers, employment law, and personal injury. During his career, he has successfully represented clients in litigation, on appeal, and through alternative dispute resolution. After graduating for Gonzaga University School of Law in 2002, Tom served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Justice Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court for the 2002-03 term. He currently serves on the Washington State Bar Association Construction Law Sections Executive Committee.
Tom was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, where
he graduated from Bellarmine Preparatory School. He currently
lives in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle with his wife
Kerri and their dog Coda. During his free time, he enjoys playing
basketball, spending time at his family beach house, and cheering
for Gonzaga basketball.
